Receive Support for New Research Projects
AOTrauma Latin America is committed to research in Latin America and for this, it offers to its members the Support Group for Research Projects, composed of Faculties and AOTLA Members who offer their support to guide members interested in high quality research in their chosen field. Support will also be offered to members with ongoing research projects. The Support Group for Research Projects is composed of Faculties and AOTLA Members who have completed educational research experiences at AOCID (AO Clinical Investigation and Documentation).
In the same way, AOTrauma offers to its members the web-based platform “AOPEER” (Program for Education and Excellence in Research), which provides diverse resources for surgeons interested in, or already conducting, high quality research in their chosen field. Designed for mobile, tablet and PC use, AOPEER is a curated database of reference documents, pertinent articles, grant application templates, checklists, eLearning modules, webinars, and much more. It is focused on the standards and procedures that inform the core of clinical research.
